Most of Rambo & Jane products are inspired creations hand crafted with various fabrication processes including metal works, welding plating, engraving, laser etching, etc.. so it can take up to 10 days to complete and ship. Each creations are essentially made-to-order for you, one by one. We only ask that when you make the purchase order, that you consider carefully and choose well to minimize losses from returns. Shipping for all products is free.
All Rambo&Jane products are handmade at the time of ordering, so please be careful when you buy. It can be exchanged due to size incorrectness, and if you contact customer service within 3 days for a simple change of mind, we will process it quickly.

Exhange & Refund

All Rambo & Jane products can be exchanged within 7 days due to size issues or defective product, and for change-of-heart refund 3 days from the receiving. Any exchanges or refunds request should be made directly with our Customer Service via telephone, SMS, or emails and we will process it quickly.
Please note that due to the nature of the handicraft and earth materials, the size of the fine scratches, colorations, and imperfections may vary and are unique.

Jewelry Care

Rambo & Jane selects from variety of finest quality chains. About 80% of them are made of sterling silver (925), 15% are 14k gold, and less than 5% are surgical steel. All metals except 14k are subject to natural tarnishing over time. In particular, unplated silver products are susceptible to oxidation due to exposure to ambient air, chemicals, and sweat. If the discoloration progresses, wipe it with the included silver cloth to return to its original color and brilliance. When storing, please keep it in the enclosed case so that it is not exposed to air. This will keep the jewelry from continuous oxidation.

Gold Plated

At Rambo&Jane plating products are coated with silver and surgical steel plating as a base. Unlike other manufacturers, at rambo&Jane 14k/18K gold is generously plated twice, so that the early peeling issue is vanished. In addition, we provide a one-time plating service for each customer who purchased from our shopping mall. Plated products need to be re-plated according to the period of use, and for two platings, round-trip shipping costs and plating costs will be charged.

Rambo & Jane products are serviced free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase. Damage caused by negligence or loss of accessories may incur a fee. For exchanges and returns due to product defects, please leave an email or message within 48 hours of receipt. We'll take care pof it for you. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, as of after receipt of the goods, please send it within 7 days (3 days for change-of-hea
